I'm not really sure what's going on here. I know I haven't been keeping super good track of calories lately, but I also don't feel like I've been eating all that badly. So I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens from here.
It's also been a week since I started the 30 Day Challenge! So here's what I look like right now:
In my mind I don't look significantly different from a week ago, but maybe some of the changes are happening on my back where the picture doesn't show?
Now it's time for the Day 8 workout! I'm glad to see it's yoga. Yesterday was a lower body workout that was a bit hard on my knee, so getting to stretch everything out will feel really good! :)
