I didn't do a weight update last week because it was my period. I was going to do one a few days ago but have been struggling with lows in the aftermath of my period. Today was the first day that I didn't wake up low, so I made sure to weigh myself. And boy was I happy with the numbers!

hydration: 38.4%
muscle: 27.5%
bone: 10.8%
cal: 2308
I've continued to count calories using My Fitness Pal; because I am on insulin and do go low sometimes, I can't always stay in the target calories My Fitness Pal suggests (plus, you know, I'm human, and sometimes end up eating more than planned, particularly when I'm out with friends). But I'm doing my best and it looks like it is paying off. I really like using My Fitness Pal because I'm using it to help me count carbohydrates as well (that's actually my bigger motivation to keep using it - the calorie counter it has is just sort of a bonus, keeping me more aware of how much I'm actually eating).
Surprisingly, my muscle percentage is staying around the same; since being sick I haven't been working out (plus the aforementioned problems with lows have hampered me getting back into that, too). I'm doing a basal test this afternoon, so my hope is to get myself back into it over the next few days (I'm not going to lie, since stopping it's been hard to motivate myself to get back into it).
