Weight Update for June 3 + 18

Here's my weight for June 3rd:

weight: 214.2 lbs
fat percentage: 49.5%
hydration: 34.7%
muscle: 24.8%
bone: 11.0%
cal: 2345

And for today:

weight: 211.4 lbs
fat percentage: 45.4%
hydration: 37.5%
muscle: 26.8%
bone: 11.0%
cal: 2329

I'm not sure where the 3lb loss came from, but I'm guessing it's been my eating.  I feel like I've been eating less, and what I have been eating has been healthier lately. :)
