Weight Update for Mar 3

I've been eating pretty badly lately, so I was kind of scared to weigh myself today.  But I did it and was pleasantly surprised by the result:

weight: 215.2 lbs
fat percentage: 47.4%
hydration: 36.1%
muscle: 25.9%
bone: 10.6%
cal: 2375

I've actually managed to lose a pound since my last weigh-in!
