Down a little bit from last week, which is good. I still feel like I've eaten a bit too much (Father's Day was last weekend, which was a bit of a bigger meal). Something was wrong in my stomach on Tuesday - not quite sure what happened there, but things seemed better Wednesday after taking it easy. I was lucky too - I did ok through most of the day, but ended up eating cheesecake at the end of the day with a friend - thankfully that didn't make my stomach worse!
