Sick! + Weight Update

I've been sick all week. :(

It got to the point where I was nauseous and couldn't/didn't want to eat.  Today is the first day where I actually do feel better, so that's progress. :)

I weighed myself today because I wanted to know how I'm doing.  I haven't been very active and I was concerned I might be losing some muscle:

weight: 206.0 lbs
fat percentage: 44.5%
hydration: 38.1%
muscle: 27.3%
bone: 10.8%
cal: 2323

At least according to my scale I seem to be doing okay.  I'm hoping by the end of the weekend I'll be feeling well enough to get back into my workouts!
