Alright, let's see how I did in May:
I took 176,383 steps. I tracked 30 out of 31 days. And that works out to 5,879 steps on average per day!
Not bad.
May was overall a really successful month. I walked 5000 steps a day for five days out of a week on three weeks! But more importantly, I worked out for over 60 minutes a week (not including walks) EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!!! :D
