Weight Update for Mar 8 and Mar 15

I haven't checked my weight this week because I honestly don't want to.  I know I haven't been eating well over the last few weeks (and in particular the last week).  I also didn't want to keep putting off putting my weight updates on here for the last few weeks (I seem to have a bad habit of writing them down then forgetting about them)

So here's Mar 8:
weight: 207.4 lbs
fat percentage: 44.7%
hydration: 38.0%
muscle: 27.2%
bone: 10.7%
cal: 2331

and Mar 15
weight: 208.4 lbs
fat percentage: 44.9%
hydration: 37.8%
muscle: 27.1%
bone: 10.7%
cal: 2337

Yeah. I guess I shouldn't be super hard on myself, since the Mar 15th weight is around what the Feb 23rd weight was. I'll have to steel my courage and check what I'm at later this week.

Fitbit Stats + Weight Updates from February

Okay, February has totally come and gone in the blink of an eye!  I went skiing a couple of times, and snowshoeing for the second time ever.  My parents took me for a really nice dinner in there, too.  More recently we had a snowstorm.  My car got stuck in the driveway.  And then I was sick for a couple of days.

So with all that preamble, here are the Fitbit stats for February:

122,328 steps taken, 27 days tracked, averaging 4,531 steps a day.

That's more steps than in 2016 (but less on average per day because I only tracked 23 days that month) and quite a bit less steps than last February (almost 23,000 steps less!)  I also failed to have a single week where I walked 5000 steps on 5+ days.  So that means I have to try harder this month!  Hopefully March will warm up a bit more and dry the sidewalks up so it's easier to walk!

Whoops, I forgot to post weight updates for February too.  So here are those:

Feb 14:
weight: 206.6 lbs
fat percentage: 44.3%
hydration: 38.2%
muscle: 27.4%
bone: 10.7%
cal: 2325

Feb 19:
weight: 206.2 lbs
fat percentage: 43.7%
hydration: 38.7%
muscle: 27.7%
bone: 10.8%
cal: 2324

Feb 23:
weight: 208.2 lbs
fat percentage: 45.2%
hydration: 37.6%
muscle: 27.0%
bone: 10.7%
cal: 2336

I didn't really do well in that department over February either.  I think it's mostly because I've got a contract on the go right now that has been taking up a lot of time and energy (I really need to get better at taking care of myself when I've got things like this on the go, too).  That contract is almost over though, so once it is I'll hopefully be able to get back on track.  I'll give a new weight update once my period is over!
