Ok, so first, here's today's weight update:

fat percentage: 43.2%
hydration: 39.0%
muscle: 28.0%
bone: 10.8%

This is a few days after my period, so my weight should be back to normal. I'm actually a pound lighter than I was a couple of weeks ago, so that's exciting - it means I didn't overeat during my period!
So here are the January Fitbit stats: 150,169 steps, 28 days tracked, 5363 average
This year wasn't as good as last January (I averaged 100 steps less per day), but it's still a lot better than two years ago. I'm also still not hitting the 5000+ steps five times a week thing either - except for the first week, when I was sick, I've managed to hit 5000+ steps four times a week, not five. I know there have been a few days where the wind chill has been super cold and I haven't wanted to walk, so hopefully I'll have an easier time hitting this goal as it warms up!
I also need to work on my other goal - getting an hour of non-walking exercise in every week. The closest I got was 47 minutes of skiing in the last week of January - every other week I didn't fit anything in. So I'll have to try harder (or actually try) through February.
