Weight Update May 5 2016

This last week was super stressful.  My fridge died, and a few other stupid things like that happened.  Then I had a job interview on Monday, and I had to fit in all the preparation around work.  But it's okay, I made it through everything alright (and didn't lose too much food from my fridge!) So I ended up taking Tuesday as an almost complete do nothing day (I played video games and ended up going out to the show with friends).  It felt wonderful after so much stress!  I don't even feel guilty that I didn't do anything.  I've also managed to fit in a few walks here and there, so that's been great (I have taken over 11,000 steps today!)  So here are those numbers for this week:

weight: 206.8 lbs
fat percentage: 43.9%
hydration: 38.5%
muscle: 27.6%
bone: 10.7%
cal: 2327

As you can see, my weight is back to 206 lbs!

I also did blood work last week and got the results in.  My Hemoglobin A1C is a bit higher than last time, but not as bad as I feared it might be because this last month has been super rough to get through for me.  So hopefully now I can get back on track with everything!  :)
