Ok, so I started out with lots of enthusiasm at the beginning of the week, but by the middle of the week I totally lost momentum. I did pilates last Monday, then walked for about 45 minutes both Tuesday and Wednesday. After that, I haven't really done anything active; the weather was crappy, and I totally didn't have time.
I attempted to use the SELF Diet Club, but I was also unsuccessful with that. Part of the problem was that I was celebrating school (and my thesis!) being finished. I also ate out with my dad one night at a Chinese buffet (I had no real way of keeping track of things, and no hope of being able to enter it into the Diet Club), Saturday night was a celebratory dinner with my parents (plus celebrating my Dad's birthday) and then last night was supper at my Grandmother's. So not much luck with watching what I eat. Hopefully I'll do a bit better this week.
However, I weighed myself this morning, and I'm down to 186lbs! So I think I am down 1lb.
