Papers Papers Papers!

Well, I have to level with everyone....I haven't really worked out at all lately. I just finished writing three papers that were all due within two days (one Wednesday, two Thursday). I was so worried about them, that every waking moment was spent thinking about them in some fashion....it was so bad I was having trouble sleeping! (I missed class on Tuesday morning - I couldn't fall asleep until around 6:30am, and woke up 12:44pm....I had an alarm set for 8am but I do not remember it going off!) So I was either working on my papers, in school, or trying to catch up on sleep. So even though I could have fit in 10 minutes of working out here and there, I really didn't feel like it.

This was kind of stupid of me, not to work out at all, as I know I feel worse for it. A few nights ago, I just felt like I needed to MOVE! But I didn't want to waste precious time that could have been spent on the papers (even though near the end I often did waste the time anyway)

But the papers are all handed in! I have a bit of a break now, and so hopefully I can catch up on some sleep and get back into the workout groove.
