Okay, Ineed to confess: I seriously lack in the willpower department.
The problem is when something is right in front of me. I might not particularly want it - but I'll often eat it anyway. The worst place is work, when I am on break. If there's cakes or cookies, I'm almost guaranteed to take something. The only thing that has helped is having healthier food with me, but even that doesn't help all the time.
I really don't know what to do about this. I can't always move the food out of sight. And once I know it is there, I'm usually bothered by it until I have something. So if anyone has any suggestions, let me know!
