Getting Back on Track

Okay, last week I wasn't quite as active (other than walking around Toronto, I didn't really do much) and I wasn't eaing as well as I should've. So today is the beginning of a new week, and I am going to get back on track with eating right and exercising. Today I did a bit of yoga and my 10 Minute Solution Fat Blasting Dance Mix Ab Attack, (which worked out to about 25 minutes of exercise altogether) so I'm already doing better than I did all weekend.

Also, it was my mother's birthday yesterday and we had a BBQ. I was quite proud of myself: I had one burger, lots of salad and veggies, and I didn't have seconds!!!! (I did have a small piece of ice cream cake though, as well as a bit of the left over salad for snack last night). But overall, I did good! (Well, except that I forgot to do insulin for the cake, so I ended up going high - but that was easily corrected after I did glucose a few hours later).
