
Lately, I've been really busy due to school, with the last few projects being due before exams. So I haven't been able to fit in a lot of working out (plus I slept in the two days I was planning on biking to school this week). But the one thing I have had time for: a 10 Minute Workout! Which is why I've found this dvd to be great. I've found that you can almost always fit in a 10 minute workout; it can fit into your schedule when the longer ones can't.
I have to admit, I haven't really tried most of the workouts on this dvd (well, I tried them awhile ago, but only once each). So I can't really say much about them. But the one workout from this video that I've done a lot of this week is the Ab Attack. I've done it on its own, or else at the end of working out either on the exercise bike or after playing some DDR. I might be imagining things, but I think I might be starting to see a little improvement...hopefully all those isolations are starting to pay off!
