
I bought this DVD awhile ago, but I haven't been doing it for a few weeks now. So today, I made sure I got up early enough to do the little workout. Wow, I forgot how much fun it is! I like doing the morning routine because it makes you feel a bit more energized for the day afterwards.
I've only attempted the evening routine once - it got to this one point that during the yoga class my mom and I took in the fall, my mom was making fun of me because my hands can't do it properly! So I decided not to continue with it.
